Harsh Kumar
Harsh is a final-year PhD student in the Department of Bioengineering at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. His research lies at the intersection of biophysics and cell biology, focusing on single-molecule tracking and biochemical characterisation of pore-forming toxins on live cell membranes. He was awarded the IUBMB Wood Whelan Fellowship to conduct collaborative research at the EMBL Australia Node in Single Molecule Science, University of New South Wales, Sydney. Broadly, he is interested in understanding the biophysical principles governing the movement and organisation of molecules in living cells.
